The line installed at the company VALMEX Spa is able to perform brazing aluminum radiators.

The line consists of:

• Washing Machine plus drying section
• Section for application of welder flux
• Primer oven
• Brazing furnace under controlled atmosphere
• Cooling section under controlled atmosphere
• Final scrubber

All operations of beginning treatment, adjustments of the instruments and controls are operated in automatic or semi-automatically from the electric post near the plant.
In addition, the cabinet is equipped with a system of supervision.
