DROP BOTTOM ELEVATOR FURNACE FOR TREATMENT OF ALLUMINUM CASTING WITH SAND

The plant built by HTE-Novac is able to carry out continuous and separate heat treatments on light alloy casts:

• Thermal blast
• Solubilization
• Extinguishment in water or polymer
• Artificial ageing.

The plant, which has been designed according to the latest technologies regarding the recycling of energy, can operate in two distinct ways:

• High production
• High treatment accuracy

The plant is equipped with a system reversing the heating flow to avoid non-homogenous overheating of the charge and to reduce the time of the rise in temperature of the charge.
The whole plant is entirely controlled by a well-tested system able to control the technological cycle and the treatment temperatures by means of a user-friendly operational interface that reduces the training of the operators to a minimum.
